Can't Sleep - Here's Some Advice


It's horrible when you can’t sleep and you have to be up early. Here are some tips to get you through this hurdle (But don’t worry, with one of our mattresses you won’t deal with this issue hopefully):

 

  1. Have a relaxing bath and use that bath bomb that’s been lying in your drawer for aeons

 

  1. Clear out your emails (Get rid of that hideous 2000+ junk email box, unsubscribe from that flight deal you signed up for 15 years ago, answer your boss’s emails - they’ll seriously be impressed that you emailed them at 1:13am thinking it’s dedication)

 

  1. Stare at your ceiling (Your eyes will eventually grow tired from boredom and this should help you fall asleep)

 

  1. Meditate (Meditation does amazing things to your body plus Arnold Schwarzenegger, Russell Simmons, Oprah Winfrey, Hugh Jackman, David Lynch, Clint Eastwood, Jerry Seinfeld, Mick Jagger are among a few of today’s great minds that do it!)

 

  1. Have a snack (A midnight snack won’t hurt – just set your alarm early for an early gym session)

 

  1. Read a book (It improves your cognitive function, makes you have better dreams and reduces your Cortisol levels)
