Daily Habits You Should Incorporate After Waking Up!


At Sleepy Panda we’re all about self-improvement and making the most of your life. We only have one life and time flies by, especially if you’ve had a great night’s sleep!

So we’ve come up with what we think are the daily habits you should incorporate into your daily routine in order to maximise your potential and achieve your dreams.

Remember -  Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day and it’s what you do in that time that determines your life!

Start Each Day With A Positive Attitude – The first feeling you feel in the day sets you up. Set your day with a positive attitude!


Exercise Daily – Being in shape or getting into shape improves your sleep and the way you look affects your mental health!

Don’t Stress or Panic – If it isn’t going to matter in 5 months, don’t be upset for more than 5 minutes


Listen To Self - Improvement Podcasts and Books in the Car or on Your Daily Commute – Time will fly and you’ll notice gradual improvements in your life both subtle and dramatic!


Focus On Appreciation – Be nice to everyone whether it’s the waitress at your café of your employees at work. You have no idea how much of a fantastic impact on other people’s lives you’ll have if you do this!


Incorporate the 80/20 Rule in Your Life – Remember that 80% of the effects in your life from 20% of the causes!


Read – Warren Buffet spends 80% of his day reading. Bill Gates reads one new book a week. Mark Cuban reads more than 3 hours a day. Mark Zuckerberg reads a new book every two weeks!


Never Ask Someone Else To Do Something You Can Do Yourself – People will appreciate you more!


Try At Least One New Thing Each Day – The average person has 60,000 thoughts each day. 95% of these thoughts are the same as yesterday. Learn something new and improve yourself and your way of thinking!


Aim To Be Better Than Yesterday – Remember that success is preparation meeting opportunity. Be prepared (Or if you haven’t started yet…Start preparing now!) and you’ll get that opportunity one day!
